Durannies Duran Duran existed in Scotland, satin pants and all, in the frame of the Scars. Their music harked back to the glam era and was typified in "All About You", a song I still can't get out of my head 20 years down the line. Rab King and his colleagues were the great chart band that never was, whilst The Rezillos hit the charts the Scars merely got playlisted on Radio Forth. Somewhere in an alternative universe there are 3 Scars tribute bands appearing in your locale.
